As a leader and manager,

1.     You are on center stage and your team members are your avid audience

2.     You have the honor of being an example to the individuals that report to you

3.     If you don’t set the right example of what exemplifies a true and caring leader with a strong work ethic, your team will not follow you

4.     If your work ethic embodies working efficiently and putting in those extra hours to get the work accomplished, the message will be clear as to what you value and will reward
